  • Welcome
  • Approval of November PAC Meeting Minutes
    • Our minutes should be amended to indicate that we did not dissolve as a society
  • Principal’s Report (10 min) see report
  • Treasurer’s Report (10 min)
    • Current PAC Activity Fund account balance: $10,149
    • net revenue from Xmas market and raffle: $2,389 (well beyond our budget target of $1750)
    • PAC shack revenue Oct-Jan: $511 (trending very well for the year)
    • Cash4clothes revenue: $510
    • Fundscrip revenue: $454 (to be received in early Feb)
    • Bottle drive revenue: $258
    • $10179 activity fund to date
  • Voluntary Dissolution of Incorporated Society (10 min)
    • Due to risks of losing assets, we opted not to dissolve
  • Past PAC events (since last meeting) (2 min)
    • Bottle Drive
    • Christmas Market
    • Snack Shack ($ in sales, $ expenses)
    • Fundscrip
  • Current and near-future PAC events (20 min)  
    • Bingo Night- need to cancel. will email Shelley to remove as well as email the volunteers
    • Spring Fling April 27th date secured. Hecel to take on event.
    • Need a Sponsorship Lead Volunteer and one page sponsorship package outlining levels, benefits and recognition to be ready to go for January.
    • What is the goal: $6300
    • Add our school wish list:

P. I. E. – Parents for Inclusive Education Update (5min)

  • Partners for Inclusive Education (PIE) great success last month. filling up for next event.
