    • Rise & Thrive Yoga is a series of community-focused yoga classes, open to participants of all ages and abilities. No child should go hungry yet many children in our very own communities are going to school with no breakfast and no lunch. A child with little or poor nutrition cannot develop cognitively to their full potential. Many children are being misdiagnosed with behavioural and learning disabilities. Proceeds from Rise & Thrive Yoga help fund breakfast and lunch programs in elementary schools in your neighbourhood. All classes are by donation and make access to yoga more attainable for all. Together we can help children in our communities THRIVE!
