Lynnmour Elementary School is planning our First Annual Spring Fling. The purpose is to raise money for our school and celebrate the 2016/2017 school year with friends and people within our community. There will be great door and auction prizes, a 50/50 draw, and a Wine Wall.

6:30 PM- 9:30 PM
(All of our draws will be finished by 9:15. Music starts at 10:00 so you can stay as late as you want)

Tickets: $25 each – includes a $15 voucher redeemable towards food/beverage tab.
We need your assistance to make this night a success:
Classroom Theme Baskets: each classroom is making up a themed basket for the Silent Auction. A parent rep from each class will be responsible for collecting items or monetary donations. Each basket is to be valued at a minimum of $75.
Wine donations: We ask that each parent donate 1 bottle of wine for the Wine Wall valued at a minimum of $20. It can either be a bottle of red or white wine. We hope to get at least 10 bottles of wine donated from each classroom.
Door Prizes: Any donation you are willing to give will be much appreciated. This can be any kind of gift card, coffee card, etc
Contact Hecel Peakman at email@example.com to arrange drop off of wine and/or classroom baskets. Please ensure your Class name and divisions are on the items. All items must be received by April 19.
50/50: We need 1-2 volunteers to help sell 50/50. Ask the parents on your team to come help out. Contact Melinda Tarves at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are able to help.
Confirmed Orders are due by Mon April 10. Email Katie at lynnmourPAC@gmail.com with confirmed ticket sales. There are a limited number of tickets available so buy yours early. Cheques are to be made out to Lynnmour School.
