- PAC Executives – Introductions and update that Tara has sadly resigned from her position as Vice Chair
- PAC board – Has been updated and looks great
- website / Facebook – Have both been updated for new school year. How to find them explained for new parents
- Principal’s Report (20 min) Posted to website
- Treasurer’s Report (5 min) Will be posted to website
- important dates and events for the year (email to be sent to parents) (10 min)
- PAC meetings – All published on website – next meeting October 23rd
- fundraisers (Cash 4 Clothes Sept 29th pick up, Fundscrip – Sent out in October, Bottle Drive – December 2nd to coincide with the Santa\s breakfast, Christmas Market – December 19th, Spring Fling – April 20th)
- Snack Shack – October 12th
- performances – November 24th, Jan 26th and May 18th
- babysitter training for grade 6/7 – TBC – Karen is looking into
- BCTF presentation (?) – Karen to look into – 1st presentation likely on Social media
- Welcome-Back Dinner (tomorrow, Tue, Sep. 19) (15 min) 5.30-7.30pm

- Q&A – Question about the proposed additional soccer field by Digger park – no resolution has been reached but a meeting has been arranged and PAC will share any info they receive with parents.
